SX-700D HIGH SPEED POCKET SPRING ASSEMBLER MACHINE is for hot-melt assembly of pocket innerspring units. The procedure is that 6 different wire gauge spring strings from pocket spring coiling machines or from the containers to the machine via 6 feeding channels,and then cut to a preset length to be assembled into a pocket spring unit with a hot-melt glued system. The spring unit can be Parallel or Nested or Zoning *Duplex assembly system, two units can be produced at the same time, as long as the total width is less than 1.1m. Also it can produce four sofa units at the same time *Computerized easy shift in with/without top/bottom fabric 700D can be equipped with 6 pocket coiling machines to form an efficient production line.
